Returns/Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of certain items—especially locks—returns are not accepted because internal components may be removed or altered.
If you believe the item you received is not as described, please contact Galaxy1249 on the LPU Discord with clear evidence (photos/video) so we can review your case and determine potential solutions such as a replacement or refund.
Item Not as Described (IND) Criteria
An item qualifies as Item Not as Described (IND) under the following circumstances: Qualifies as IND:
You purchased a New In Box (NIB) item but received a lock in poor or heavily worn condition.
You received an item with a different LPU belt level (as listed on lpu.com) compared to what you ordered.
The condition or features significantly differ from what was advertised.
Does Not Qualify as IND
Items sold using reference photos may have normal variation in cosmetic wear (scratches, chips, etc.).
Items labeled “red-black2” include any locks within that belt range; any lock correctly within that range is considered a proper fulfillment.
Item shows delivered but not received
If tracking shows Delivered, responsibility transfers to you. We do not replace or refund delivered packages—this includes deliveries to freight/mail forwarders, hotels, Airbnbs, offices, and any third-party location.
